ABOUT WEBTAC – COMPLAINT MANAGEMENT TOOL

 

We have developed an enterprise utility application called “WebTac”, a complaint management tool created for automating the management and handling of tickets raised by Nokia stakeholders and users.

The client wanted to develop an enterprise utility application with centralized web-based content management system to automate the manual process of complaint booking and management. By using this system the representatives and customers can book their complaints online and concerned departments receives the complaints directly and resolve them without getting delayed.

Based on the requirement briefing, we have developed user friendly Android, iOS application with web based management system using BootStrap, AngularJS and Node JS technologies for internal use in Nokia.

We have developed and included some features such as booking complaints, ticket handling with access control management which automates the process of assigning complaints and related investigations based on location and product type. Using its exclusive analytics feature, representative can generate the report of the analytics.

By using this system, Nokia has can cut down the turnaround time for problem resolution and provide faster solution for their problems.

Book Ticket

Nokia Customer can raise a ticket, check status of previously booked tickets, respond to queries, update the tickets, and generate reports.

Notifications
Nokia representatives would receive automated alert via SMS/E-mail on ticket generation.

Updates
Nokia representatives can respond to tickets and update severity of the ticket.

Response

A representatives can send queries, provide fault resolution, and close the ticket.

Access Management
A representatives of higher authority can create, control, and change the access of members managed by these higher authority representatives.


Reports
Nokia representatives can view and download reports and view analytics in the form of pie chart representation.
