Shield Email
Shield Email is a solution designed to provide end-to-end encryption for email services.
The emails are stored as encrypted data in the server and can only be accessed by the validated user(s).
The attachments can also be encrypted and it is possible to add priority tags to the emails to make the content more relevant for the recipient.
Shield Email offers the “evaporating email” feature where the email can be made to self terminate after a predefined time that is set by the sender. This ensures an added level of security to sensitive data that is sent using email.
The name of the sender and recipient as well as the date stamp of email can be read and is not secured. The contents, however, are completely secured with custom encryption.

- All attachments are fully encrypted with AES 256 and also stored on server in encrypted format.
- Accounts are activated only with license key and login is possible only with approved credentials. Multiple device login is supported.
- We can set priority status (Normal / Important / Very Important / Emergency) with the email to make it more relevant and useful to the recipient.
- The evaporating email feature allows emails to be self terminated after a predefined set time which is provided by the sender. Upon termination, email is deleted from sender and recipient.
- All file types are supported (images, videos, documents, audio files, pdf, text, etc.) All files are stored and managed in encrypted form.
