ABOUT WATCH AND DINE

We have developed a customer based utility / POS app “Watch & Dine” a movie ticket and F&B booking app for the one of the biggest cinemas in Ghana.

The client wanted to develop an POS app for Ghana people to give them convenient way to pre-book movie ticket and F&B options so that people may sit and enjoy their time at movie without worrying about tickets and waiting in queue.

As per the client’s needs we developed a Point-Of-Sales solution customized for movie theaters. This solution made the ticket sales and Food & Beverage selling and ordering process faster, hassle-free and more reliable.

By using this app, users can order food right from the comfort of their seat. They do not need to wait in a queue; also they can select when exactly they want their order to be delivered. To make it payment friendly, fast, convenient and reliable we have used the payment gateway service from EcoBank, Ghana. User can also take advantage of offline payment option, so that user can pre-book the order and ticket from the app and pay at the counter.

We have also integrated powerful analytics in the Admin system which creates detailed movie sales reports, food and beverage sales reports, and distribution reports.
