ABOUT VIKARA

Advantal Technologies has developed an enterprise utility application called “VIKARA” which is a change management tool for one of the biggest global telecom companies

“VIKARA” means change and it is the complete simulation of Nokia’s change management tool into a fully functional mobile application. This tool provides an intuitive user interface for Nokia’s team to manage changes and projects with greater efficiency.

Through this app users can add new cases, where user can request change in tools, policies and process. As per the change request, output program and  project plan will be prepared using some business logic and synced for approval.

The main thought behind developing this app is to initiate and capture any departmental / organizational / policy change within Nokia involving all the management level stakeholders.

Initially this app has been launched for Nokia’s operations in India and eventually this would be rolled out globally.
